Functions & Responsibilities
- Conducting Technical Site Survey (T.S.S) and generating sketchs in accordance with site layout while having the ability to make use of required tools and equipment such as GPS, dumpy level, etc…
- Supervising soil tests carried out on site by soil test contractor and interpret same accordingly
- Determine type of foundation required for site build
- Mobilization to commence or supervision of site build (civil works: foundation, backfilling and compaction, slabs/plinths, retaining wall constructions and fence installations, tower erection and painting, finishing, etc…) monitoring of guard house build if applicable
- Interpretation of site drawings and other related/relevant drawings
- Quality checks and control on site build
- Involve in community resolution that may arise during site build
- Site acceptance procedures with customers and contractors
- Ability to prepare BOQs with all corresponding site build quantities and cost required from civil drawings
Key Performance Indicators
- Identifying snags
- Follow site build schedule and procedures, and site build duration
- Ensure corrective and preventive action on snags/re-do if any
- Apply schedule optimization techniques when required to achieve site completion target
- Duration for problem solving
- Cost and quality control
