Under the responsibility of Country Manager your main activities will be to lead the sales team to deliver agreed objectives/Sales Plans by building the business relationship with customers/distributors to ensure the best Company’s products commercialization. As such, your keys responsabilities will be:
- Provide strategic direction/input for development of Channel, Customer/Distributor and Field sales strategies in line with business requirements;
- Lead category sales directors with Company perspective to develop "one face to the customer", be the voice of the customer internally and define most efficient Root To Market;
- Develop and Communicate Key Priorities for the sales organization (Channel, Customer, business development, distribution penetration, visibility etc);
- Accountable and Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets/ Key Performance Indicators. Challenges the sales organization to ensure its effectiveness and meet evolution of business requirements;
- Ensure effective connection with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to manage trade off and drive for overall objectives achievement;
- Develop business relationship with key Customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
- Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of sales personnel as well as direct reports.
