Primary duties and responsibilities for the position includes;

 Manage third tier supervisors of the various disciplines including rigging, mechanicals, steel work erection, piping, roof sheets, and cladding and maintenance crews.

 Prepare and draft sounds reports all any matter related to site or site activities.

 Sound knowledge of project planning, forecasting, implementation and execution.

 Attendant site management meetings with both construction manager and client.

 Time and attendance, first in last out without question.

 Maintain a sound level of professionalism at all times

All qualifications must comply with OHSA legislation and or regulations.

Qualifications include:

 Education – grade 12 qualification with French and English

 Specialized knowledge – Qualified artisan with OHSA understanding and FIDIC knowledge (beneficial)

 Skills – work with and motivate people on all levels

 Abilities – work under pressure without compromising safety

 Other qualifications – computer literacy MS office

 Professional Certification – not required

 Experience – minimum of 10 years as a qualified artisan with proven time spent as a senior supervisor, site manager or assistant construction manager.
