Position : HR Operations Partner

What You Will Do

As part of your work you will:

• Build and follow up the Local Content plan by working closely with the local content department;
• Build and connect strong relationship with all the social partners;
• Act as government relation officer;
• Negotiation with unions and staff representatives, recruitment, disciplinary processes, termination of employment contract;

Profil du Candidat

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• First degree or Master degree in HR or related  field;
• 4 to 8 years HR Generalist experience;
• Significant experience in payroll, personnel administration, CNSS and labor department processes;
• Ability to connect with different stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of local labor law;
• Strong command of French and English are essentials;
• Good leadership and has communication skills;
• Good IT skills;
• Friendly but assertive, details oriented;  
• The ideal HR Operations Partner need to be flexible and has the ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
