Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Offering, The Manager EBU Segment is Responsible for the implementation of the strategy for the development of products and services (through design, launch and follow-up) in the EBU segments, in order to increase the revenue generated and contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of the strategy for his/her area of responsibility within his/her department in order to achieve the objectives set
- Ensure the effective implementation of this strategy through resource allocation, decision making, framework definition, business planning and team support Leadership and Personnel Management
- Recruit, on-board and manage teams in accordance with applicable legislation and internal human resources processes.
- Adopt an open communication approach with staff and implement change initiatives where necessary
- Clearly define roles, responsibilities and individual performance objectives for each team member
- Determine performance indicators and provide regular feedback to teams through performance review programmes (IPF conversation)
- Define and implement a training plan to develop the skills of its teams
- Manage team performance in accordance with the HR process and applicable legislation.
- Actively participate in leadership team activities and develop the leadership skills of its teams
- Develop good working relationships with internal/external clients and suppliers, fostering a partnership approach in line with the Group's codes of ethics and good governance
