Reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate Sales, the Manager Corporate Sales (Strategic Key Accounts) is responsible for the implementation of the corporate customer development strategy and the revenue and margins of a market segment, in accordance with the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined by the company.
Operational responsibilities
- Carry out competitive intelligence, analyse the portfolio of clients in the Corporate segment;
- Participate in the elaboration of sales forecasts and take charge of the organisation of their implementation on his portfolio;
- Coordinate the implementation of the sales action plans decided for the Corporate segment in agreement with the internal departments concerned and ensure their follow-up in the field;
- Organise and supervise the prospecting of potential corporate clients;
- Maintain contacts with important clients and prospects and participate in the negotiation of important contracts;
- Manage the portfolio of direct clients;
- Regularly monitor the turnover of each sales person, product/service and customer;
- Check that the entire sector assigned to an agent has been covered and that all products/services have been presented to the customer;
- Ensuring that the overall commitments of the contracts are respected;
- Regularly evaluate the use of the solutions subscribed to by the clients and formulate recommendations and/or service developments (based on a more detailed analysis of the client's problems);
- Generate quotations in liaison with the operational teams (in the event of needs that can be met operationally without further amendment)) ;
- Work with the pre-sales teams (on calls for tender and the
- implementation of the client strategy) to offer clients solutions adapted to their needs (accompany the client in his global reflection, taking into account the upstream and downstream phases of the projects);
- Ensure the processing of customer disputes;
- Develop new commercial opportunities to develop sales in the Corporate segment;
- Develop special and promotional offers in conjunction with marketing;
- Keeping abreast of technical developments in his/her field of expertise.
