Job Description:
We are hiring an Assistant Purchaser for our customer based in Burkina Faso. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in defining the needs for raw materials, products, and services
- Identifying potential suppliers and conducting regular evaluations of existing suppliers
- Negotiating purchasing conditions (price, lead time, quality, etc.) with suppliers
- Drafting and contracting purchase agreements
- Monitoring orders and deliveries
- Contributing to supplier relationship management
- Ensuring compliance of purchases with QHSE standards
