Temporary Work - Assignment contract

Registration is free on our website www.rmo-jobcenter.com by completing either an unsolicited application or an application related to a job advertisement.

Registration in an agency

will be asked to provide all necessary elements for the constitution of a case. This registration is free and without any future charging.

Each candidate must bring with them :

  • ID,
  • Original copy of their Birth Certificate,
  • Photo ID,
  • CV and letter of motivation,
  • Diploma and training certificates,
  • Work certificates,
  • Driving licence ,
  • Bank account (if you have one)

And any other documentation relating to your profession (judicial extract etc).
In some cases, a complementary interview with our agency consultant in HR will be required.

The contract

Is prepared in duplicated form. Before each mission, our HR consultant will inform the RMO employee about the mission, its duration, location, position, the company and its environment.

A written work contract will be established giving precise details of :

  • The duration of the contract, the date of beginning and eventual end,
  • The trial period if necessary,
  • The position for which the company uses our services,
  • The location and legal working hours,
  • The remuneration arrangements,
  • The category,
  • The rights and duties.

A la signature de ce contrat de mission le candidat devient un salarié RMO.
