Le Poste

Under the responsibility of Country Manager your main activities will be to lead the sales team to deliver agreed objectives/Sales Plans by building the business relationship with customers/distributors to ensure the best Company’s products commercialization. As such, your keys responsabilities will be: 

 - Provide strategic direction/input for development of Channel, Customer/Distributor and Field sales strategies in line with business requirements;
 
- Lead category sales directors with Company perspective to develop "one face to the customer", be the voice of the customer internally and define most efficient Root To Market;

- Develop and Communicate Key Priorities for the sales organization (Channel, Customer, business development, distribution penetration, visibility etc);
 
- Accountable and Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets/ Key Performance Indicators. Challenges the sales organization to ensure its effectiveness and meet evolution of business requirements;

- Ensure effective connection with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to manage trade off and drive for overall objectives achievement;

- Develop business relationship with key Customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction;

- Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of sales personnel as well as direct reports.

Profil du Candidat

A professional university graduate with MBA/ Master's or Engineer degree preferably in Marketing / Sales. At least 10 years sales experience with good sales or marketing track record. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results. Has multi-category experience Has coordination experience in a matrix environment. You have a experience in FMCG, fluency in English,Strong Communication Skills, Excellent Leadership and Management skills. Advanced knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) 
Advanced Knowledge of core Business Processes (Sales, Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Traceability, Quality, etc.) . Knowledge of Customer Best Practice (Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/ Shopper trends and shopper Insight into actionable ideas Knowledge of trade and distribution.
