Main
Responsibilities and Keys Tasks
To integrate and maintain Sage accounting software
To complete regular monthly duties.( Purchase ledger,
wages, remittances etc)
Prepare and assist for Financial Audit
To assist in budgeting/forecasting and variance
reporting
Completion of purchase ledger postings
To maintain fixed asset register
Analyse mining production information
Completion of TVA returns
Completion of IUTS/TPA and CNSS declarations
Preparation of withholding tax declarations
Profil du Candidat
4 years experience
Experience in preparation of creditor ledgers and VAT
declarations.
Preparation and assistance for Financial audit
Experience in maintenance of integrated computerized management
information systems
Experience of Sage Payroll
Other computing experience
Experience in the Finance function of a mining company
Experience of maintaining a Sage accounts
Experience with Government bodies
Experience in cost accounting
