Implement Company approved procurement procedure ensuring compliance of all procurement activities;
· Maintain and track company inventory
· Maintain record of issue of all company stores (tools, equipments and consumables)
· Reconcile inventory periodically (at least once a year) and report to Manager/Exploration Manager.
· To checked all documents that needed in imports procedures so it can align with Mali / Burkina Faso standards and regulations.
· To support the procurement and sample expedition by making correspondences letter that related to the procurement operations.
· Maintain proper filing and documentation flow;
· Advise of any disputes, actions, or potential claims against the Purchase Orders or Contracts;
· Ensure that potential claims are identified and recorded;
· Monitor the administration of Contracts and Purchase Orders ,inspection, expediting, logistics and material control activities;
· Establish and maintain a close working relationship with Procurement Representatives and ensure that the procurement responsibilities of Acacia are being fulfilled;
· Ensure that the project objectives of quality, cost and schedule are being met;
· Negotiate right buy; right price, right timing, right quality and right quantity;
· Coordinate the logistic of supply and delivery to ensure meeting project and internal customer schedule;
· Manage supplier relationships for effective cost and purchasing strategies;
· Source and propose new, capable and competitive suppliers for management consideration;
· During the course of the project develop, review and /or improve procedures to maintain efficiency of operations and reduce duplication.
· Liaise with geologists to ensure that field supplies are available prior to commencement of a program.
· Work with Acacia Supply and Finance department to ensure efficient, timely compliance
